If this proposal went to a vote and was passed then what - not sure how it compels WH to respond. Although such activity could be made public and WH may then act to oblige? The AssangeDAO has a very strong case IMO to have unused funds returned.
Also as Harry Halpin once commented - the AssangeDAO would need to seek a grant for a specific project to satisfy a German tax audit. So the DAO would probably have to do some legwork on which project would work. We need more insight into how that works.
