Do we want to adopt this as an official DAO project?
It allows signing either off-chain for free or on-chain for gas.
I support the pardon petition. A full pardon is one of the clearest things the DAO can work towards right now.
On how to adopt it: I’d treat PardonAssange.org as a project under the DAO’s current stage goals, not as part of the mission or as an official DAO site. The pardon is a goal for this stage. Once it is granted, the project is complete, but the DAO’s mission continues. So it would fit best as its own proposal, after the mission vote (AIP-18), adopting it as the first stage-goal project.
One question: signing requires at least 1 $JUSTICE. Is that for spam control? For a public petition, more signatures from outside the DAO could carry more weight. One option is to let anyone sign and show the JUSTICE holders as a separate count.

Signing requires JUSTICE, it maybe doesn’t need to, but yeah it’s spam control and also encourages people to hold JUSTICE tokens.
