# Re-activating the Snapshot

Hi

I have started the process to reactivate the Snapshot, once there are 2 more signers the Snapshot will be reactivated and we can launch the proposal.

The most recent proposal failed because our Snapshot had become inactive - I did not know we had to re-activate it using the old url: [https://v1.snapshot.box/#/assangedao.eth](https://v1.snapshot.box/#/assangedao.eth)

It should be re-activated soon as soon as there are 2 more signers, and then I can launch the proposal on [https://snapshot.box/#/s:assangedao.eth/](https://snapshot.box/#/s:assangedao.eth/)

I tried re-activating the space and also Silke has tried. The transactions go through successfully however Snapshot does not seem to be registering them.

We are waiting to hear back from Snapshots Devs as it appears to be a bug on their end.

when you rugpull the entire community, you cant just retroactively bring back the snapshots, to pretend like there is any legitimacy to the votes that you have taken, when most people have sold or liquidized their holdings, given that the original contract had not been obeyed, so I still find that you’re all in breach of contract and fiduciary duty, especially given that the money that was sent to wau holland and not spent has not been sent back.

I have been working on artificial intelligence for the law since my proposal to turn AssnageDAO into a general purpose “JusticeDAO”, and i am still contemplating suing for the breach of contract and fiduciary duty.
