Proposal: Launch the Justice Journal — A Freedom Logchain for On-Chain Expression

@Logan — I built your proposal and deployed it, and two parts of the technical design had to change.

Under the Ethscriptions rules, routing the write fee by sending to the treasury makes the treasury the owner of every entry: the author writes their testimony and the DAO holds title to it. And an IPFS archive lasts exactly as long as someone keeps paying to pin it.

So: a small contract that names the author as the initial owner, and the text itself in L1 calldata. Working site, mainnet evidence and the full reasoning are in a separate thread: Demo: Indelebile — the Justice Journal, written into Ethereum itself

I did not take the name — @zylo_eth said he liked it, so this one is called Indelebile. All MIT: take it, fork it, or discard it.
