I think Point 2 first.

  • what is the Consensus Unit. Who is the Consensus Unit?
  • are they supportive of the DAO becoming a legal entity either in Europe or Australia?
  • are they supportive of the Wau Holland objective?
    I think clearer indications from the CU to the community would assist resolving many issues including its revised mission statement, the pursuit of funding from WH and all of that involves logistically. The launch of projects and teams all fall into "permissions’ due to their right to veto. The DAO can then use its funds with purpose knowing that it is fully supported/backed with their consent.

Peter, please don’t have excessively high expectations for the team.

The current issue is that the core team is in a state of sluggishness when it comes to promoting community building. Apart from those who actively participate in community discussions, the others have already shown no willingness to fulfill their duties, all waiting for others to contribute more. The inaction of the core team has become a major obstacle impeding the community’s progress. We can see a fact: those of us without any positions are actively discussing here, even engaging in arguments, but the core team rarely participates in discussions. This is extremely abnormal. How many members of the core team have participated in many of Zylo’s ideas that represent the community’s will? Willingness to fulfill duties should be the primary factor in evaluating a person.

We need to put Zylo’s ideas into action, conduct community voting, and include the community as a player in the game. Activating the community is our top priority. The team has already malfunctioned, so we need to bypass them and cooperate with the existing active members…
